NSW Trade and Investment have provided an update on the 15 July 2014 Subclass 190 nomination technical issues.
The initial 1000 available nomination places were filled within the first hour and a half of the online system opening.
As the high level of traffic was causing the system to crash, the link to the application form was removed once the positions were filled.

NSW Trade and Investment are working through the accepted applications and will make an announcement in due course about reopening applications.

Clients are being advised to seek alternative visa pathways for applicants who may be approaching critical dates or events.
