Employer Nomination Scheme

This is for you if you have:

• Will be sponsored by an Australian company to be employed in an important position for 2 years
• Have qualifications and/or employment experience
• Having a competent level of English (the English requirement is exempted if the proposed salary will be above AU$180,000)
• Age limit: Less than 50 years

Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme

This is for you if you have:

• Age limit: Less than 50 years
• Have competent English (IELTS Test four 6.0’s)
• For all other occupations, the applicant must have the qualification or work experience specified in ANZSCO as being necessary for the nominated occupation.

Significant Business History Stream

This is for you if you have:

• Owned minimum 30% in a company in your home country with an annual turnover of minimum AU$3million
• Net assets (personal and in business) minimum AU$1.5million
• A detailed business plan to establish, operate and manage a business in Australia
• Age limit: Less than 55 years

Venture Capital Entrepreneur Stream

This is for you if you have:

• Reached an agreement with a venture capital company in Australia to help you and support your proposed business in Australia
• Sufficient assets to settle in Australia
• No requirements as to age, business history, employment history, turnover, set assets, taxation, or source of funds.

Skilled-Independent Visa

This is for you if you have:

• Nominated an occupation that is on the SOL1 and obtained a suitable skills assessment for that occupation
• Achieve points specified in your letter of invitation - 60
• Received an invitation after submitting the EOI
• Age limit: Less than 50 years
• Have competent English (IELTS Test four 6.0’s)
