- The proposed employment must be full time for 2 year.
- No minimum proposed base salary, however must be equal to, or better than, Australian citizens or Australian permanent residents in the same occupation.
- Must be a genuine need for the nominated occupation and cannot be filled by an Australian citizen or permanent resident living in the same local area.
